关于公开选聘华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练

指导团成员、《当代师范生》编辑、记者的通知

各学院:

为进一步贯彻教育部关于加强教师队伍建设及师范专业认证等有关文件精神,落实《华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练指导方案》,提高我校师范生书写能力、普通话口语表达能力,同时做好师范生培养工作的宣传报道,现决定在全校学生中公开选聘师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员与《当代师范生》编辑、记者,重点选拔对象为2017级、2018级本科生。

华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员选聘通知

 

一、团队介绍

1.负责各师范专业学院师范生普通话口语表达能力培训;

2.开展普通话推广及语言文字宣传活动。

师范生书写能力

训练指导团

1.负责各师范专业学院师范生钢笔字和粉笔字书写能力培训;

2.开展我校师范生书法展示和宣传活动。

二、选聘条件

具有强烈的责任感和志愿服务意识,对教育事业怀有热情,乐于学习与交流,愿意接受华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练指导团的培训指导和管理,能认真按照师范生训测工作要求和教师教育学院安排完成师范生训练指导工作任务。

(一)师范生普通话口语表达能力训练指导团(推普宣传团队)

1. 口语表达能力强,普通话标准,2017级同学须达到一级乙等水平(普通话水平测试得分92分及以上),2018级同学可酌情考虑;

2. 熟练掌握汉语拼音,具有较强的语音分辨能力和口语表达能力;

3. 在院级及以上语言类比赛中获奖,参加过语言文字宣传和培训工作的同学优先考虑。

(二)师范生书写能力训练指导团

1. 具有一定的书写能力水平;

2. 在院级及以上书法相关比赛中获奖的同学优先考虑。

 

三、工作职责

(一)承担华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练任务,为各学院师范生普通话口语表达、钢笔字、粉笔字训练提供专业指导;

(二)接受华中师范大学师范生教师专业能力训练指导团的内部培训指导和管理;

(三)做好学校语言文字、书法等相关政策解读及宣传工作,在普通话交流、书法展示中起示范带头作用;

 

四、工作待遇

(一)教师教育学院将对师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员组织系列业务培训,以进一步提高其书写能力与普通话口语表达能力;

(二)受聘人员任期满一年且考核合格者,可获得我校“师范生教师专业能力训练指导团”聘任证书;

(三)担任师范生教师专业能力培训课主讲或助教可获一定薪酬或志愿服务时间。

 

五、学院推荐名额分配

学生根据条件填写报名表,并向所在院系提出申请,各院系按分配名额向教师教育学院推荐(推荐人数不可少于分配名额)。

六、选拔聘任程序

(一)推荐:

1. 各学院将推荐人员基本信息汇总至“师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员推荐汇总表”中,将学院负责人签字并盖章的纸质“汇总表”和打印的“学生报名表”(用档案袋装好并于封面备注学院)于2019325日下午17:00前交至教师教育学院B201办公室。

2. 电子版汇总表格和学生报名表汇总发送至邮箱1101086120@qq.com(汪宇)。3. 文件名和邮件主题统一为:XX学院师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员报名、汇总表。

(二)审核:教师教育学院对学院推荐人员进行审核,合格者参加培训。

(三)培训:教师教育学院对审核通过人员进行培训。

(四)考核:对培训人员进行考核,考核通过者正式聘为校师范生教师专业能力训练指导团成员。

二、选聘条件

具有强烈的责任感和志愿服务意识,对教育事业怀有热情,乐于学习与交流,愿意接受华中师范大学未来教育家联盟的培训指导和管理,能认真按照部门工作要求和教师教育学院安排完成宣传及各项工作任务。

 

三、工作待遇

(一)教师教育学院对编辑、记者进行系列业务培训,提高业务能力与工作水平;

(二)受聘人员任期满一年且考核合格者,可获得我校《当代师范生》编辑、记者聘任证书;

(三)受聘期间可获一定薪酬或志愿服务时间。

注:此次选聘的《当代师范生》编辑、记者包含三个部门(记者团、编辑部、微信运营部),经统一培训过后安排具体部门。
